The Harvest Community

Creating a Diverse, Welcoming Community for All

The Harvest Community Church is more than just a place you can come to commune with the Lord. It is a place people will be able to come. We offer a judgment-free zone and a space to build on your relationship with the one we esteem as the most high, which is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our leadership team is focused on using a trauma-informed approach to spirituality and life while seeking to help our community become whole again.

Before you can answer that, it is important to remember what the true meaning of community is. According to Merriam-Webster, the definition of community is “a unified body of individuals”.

Do you feel as if your community is united right now?
What do you think it would take to unite everyone again?

At The Harvest Community, we believe that we can unite people through a trauma-informed approach with compassion, acceptance and open-mindedness. We want to revitalize our community and bring people from isolation and lonliness to a place where everyone is welcome and rejoiced.

Community isn’t a place, its a UNIFIED body of people! Where ever we gather, we plan to UNIFY all people, help all people, mentor all people, lead all people, support all people so that we can bring back the thriving community that we all yearn for.

The stronger our community is, the stronger we all are. The more we can do for one another, the more vibrant and productive our community becomes. Our dream is to create a community where families and single parents are supported, no one goes without food or shelter, mental health crises are averted, education improves, and the economy is boosted as a result, creating more opportunities for the members within our community.

Do you want to be apart of this movement to bring back the community?

Matthew 9:36-38

When He saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shephard. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plnetiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
